Rate policy

The minimum price you can pay for the studios  is 55 Euros per night per room (low season) and the maximum is 100 Euros (very high season).

The minimum price for the apartment is 75 Euros per night and the maximum is 130 Euros. Midseason prices are formed according to the number of nights, check in and check out dates and to the number of rooms you request.

DURING THE SEASON WE USUALLY HAVE OFFERS ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY. ASK US!!

Sailboard storage: A new storage place is being built at 100m. from Billy's House. Prices will be given at the end of March 2019. You also have the chance to keep your equipment at nearby hotels. Please make a question on your reservation form.

Booking details and cancellation policy

After our communication of any form you will be given directions on how to send a booking deposit.We always keep in mind your convenience!

According to the laws of Greek National Tourism Organisation if a cancellation is made 21 days before arrival the business is obliged to return the deposit and keep only the transfer expenses.

If the cancellation is made in less than 21 days before arrival the customer has no right to claim for the deposit.For group bookings this extends to 1 month because the risk is bigger.

In case of show up but for any personal reason you don’t want to use your room, you have to pay 50% of the agreed period

If you leave earlier than the agreed date you have to pay 50% of the remaining nights.

Our obligations

We are obliged to give you real information about the business and anything that concerns facilities, distances, services, furniture included and generally answer your questions in all sincerity.

We are obliged to give you the type of room you booked, clean and with every facility you expect according to our information.

In case you show up and your room is not available by our mistake- although you have sent a deposit and you keep evidence that we accepted the booking- we guarantee to find another similar or superior accommodation and pay for it without charging you with any cost difference that may arise.

We are obliged to keep your personal data (e-mail, tel. no, name) only for the purpose of communication for the special reason of booking procedure and for our official tax books.

We keep the right to use your e-mail for any future offers or Christmas greetings!
