Vasiliki is located at a bay in the south of the island. It is a charming, picturesque, Greek fishing village that apart from the sandy or pebble beaches, crystal clear waters and overgrown slopes has been classed as one of the best locations world wide for windsurfing because of its climatic conditions.

Vasiliki’s little port is full of tavernas, coffee & ice-cream shops, gift shops & clothes shops.

Apart from promenades and relaxation you have the chance to enjoy a number of activities such as horse riding, cycling, trekking and water sports.

There are everyday ferries to Kefalonia-Ithaka as well as daily excursions to Skorpios island and the famous beaches of Porto katsiki, Εgremni and Αgiofili.

In the village there is a variety of beaches, deep or shallow, which are able to satisfy all needs.

In the nearby villages you can also taste traditional food (called “mezedes”) and fresh fish.
